Shipping policy
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. All pricing below is in Australian dollars.
Within Australia (via Australia Post)
- Standard Post: Complimentary on all orders
- Express Post: Complimentary on orders over $350 AUD, otherwise $25 AUD
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.
New Zealand Shipping (via DHL)
- Standard Post: Complimentary on orders over $350 AUD, otherwise $20 AUD
Standard delivery to New Zealand typically takes 6–10 business days.
Outside Australia & New Zealand (via DHL)
- Standard International: Complimentary on orders over $350 AUD, otherwise $25 AUD
Duties and Taxes (DDP Shipping)
We ship on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all applicable import duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase. What you pay at checkout is your total. Please note that any duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable if you choose to return your item.
