We want fit to be the easiest part of choosing AGAMA, not the reason you hold back. That's our promise: if a piece you've purchased needs adjusting once it arrives, we'll contribute towards the cost of professional tailoring.

How it works

Purchase your item as usual. If it needs tailoring, have the alteration completed by a professional tailor of your choice. Send us a copy of your receipt within 30 days of delivery, and once approved, we'll return a contribution to your original payment method.

Contribution amounts

  • Up to $25 AUD per item for Mia, Mahlia, Mira, Cara, Hazel, Poppy and Elsie
  • Up to $45 AUD per item for Zoe and Lyra.

What we need from you

A receipt or invoice from the business that completed the alteration showing

  • The business name and register business number
  • An itemised description of the alteration performed
  • The date, and the amount charged. 

Handwritten notes or informal confirmations are not accepted. International receipts are welcome; the contribution will be paid in AUD at the equivalent value at time of approval.

A few important details

One claim per item purchased from AGAMA. Once an item has been altered, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date on your order. We review each claim individually and reserve the right to decline receipts that do not meet the requirements above.
