Refund policy

We want you to love what you have ordered. If something isn't right, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@agamaofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is accepted, we will send you everything you need to get it back to us, including return instructions and address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Full Priced Items

Items purchased at full price, including those purchased using a promotional discount such as a first-order offer, are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, less original shipping fees.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or clearance event are eligible for exchange only. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@agamaofficial.com with your order number and the details of the exchange you would like. Once your return is accepted and we receive and inspect your item, we will send your replacement piece to you directly at no additional shipping, duties, or taxes. In the event your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the amount paid.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments or price matches on orders placed prior to a sale or promotional period. By purchasing ahead of a sale, you secure your style in the size you want. Our collections are limited, and once stock sells out it may not be restocked.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your piece for a different size or item, please contact us at hello@agamaofficial.com with your order number and the details of the exchange you would like. Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability. In the event your requested size or item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative outcome. Once your exchange is accepted and we receive and inspect your item, we will send your replacement piece to you directly. You will not need to place a new order. Exchange items will be dispatched at no additional shipping or duty cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as outlined under Return Cost below.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions of being unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card provider to post the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at hello@agamaofficial.com.

Return Cost

Your AGAMA mailer has been designed for re-use. Simply cut along the dotted line above the first seal, and use the second seal strip to close and reseal the bag for your return. Please remove or cover the original shipping label before sending.

All customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Return Address

Our returns address is different from our dispatch address. Full return instructions, including the return address, will be provided once your return has been accepted.

Duties and Taxes (DDP Shipping)

Any duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable where you return your item.

Returns Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to restrict future orders from any individual found to be misusing our returns policy.
